I’m Giuseppe Paolo Cassara—or simply G.P. Cassara—a fantasy author and blogger who believes in the power of story to connect, challenge, and transport us. This site is my creative home, where stories, culture, and imagination come together.

From an early age, I searched for characters and worlds that reflected who I was, only to discover how rarely queer voices and diverse experiences appeared in the tales I loved. That struggle to find representation inspired me to write my own. Through my fiction and the many conversations I share here, I strive to create magical spaces where love is celebrated, identity is embraced, and every reader is invited to embark on an adventure.

Pages and Pixels is also a hub for my passion for pop culture. From books to video games to television and film, I offer insights and reflections on how these different mediums contribute to those conversations, while also giving readers a glimpse into my own creative projects. Beyond commentary and discussion, I will also enjoy sharing thoughts on stories and games that pique my interest or help me escape.
